We want you to be fully satisfied with your HBO Shop purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain exclusive collectibles and custom-made products may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
